No — and I would be careful with anyone who says it is. Certificates go to sites after inspection: the rooms, the SOPs, the quality unit. A machine can be built to support all of that, but it cannot wear the certificate itself.So what do I ask the vendor?

Ask for mill certificates on the product-contact parts, drawings that show dead legs and drainage, and an IQ/OQ pack you can actually leaf through — not a promise to help later. If they still say the skid is certified, ask who issued it, to whom, and on what date. The answers tend to get quiet.
