Opsona is operation intelligence. Orchestrating production.
Opsona.ai is software for regulated manufacturing — a sister company to this house and to Decimal. We disclose the relationship so you can weigh every sentence that touches a computerized system.
Four layers of a plant · click
The system. The operating layer for a regulated plant: records, deviations, change, training, the trail. Opsona is built for this layer. It is not a GMP certificate.
What it is
An operating layer for a regulated plant: the records, the deviations, the change, the training, the trail. Their line is “the operating system for regulated manufacturing.” Extraction labs that have walked this site already know the hole it is aimed at — the file that has to reconstruct a batch.
What it is not
It is not a GMP certificate. Computerized systems are validated in context — EU GMP Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, FDA’s Computer Software Assurance guidance — the same way equipment is qualified in place. Buying a platform does not inspect the suite. See equipment is not certified either.
How it sits next to this site
GMPEquipment.com teaches the published text. Charlie does not answer until a named expert signs the guides. Opsona, if you use it, is where your own records would live. We will not pretend this educational site is that system. Decimal is the steel. Opsona is the file-that- runs. This house is the map.
Same rule as Decimal: mention after the requirement, never instead of it. No “GMP software” as a seal. Read the Decimal disclosure and the editorial line.
